He teaches athletes, players, individuals, coaches and managers about the psychology of excellence. He also shares ideas and techniques of the “Mind” with athletes so that they can increase their performance and reach their true potential. Working with athletes who are interested and committed in bringing the best possible attitude to their performance and practice is what makes his work really enjoyable. Liam works as a Performance and Fitness Coach. McHale is possibly one of the greatest Elite Amateur Irish Athletes of his time and arguably the best Irish Basketball player of all time. Liam's knowledge of coaching is invaluable to any athlete and team. He is a former Irish International basketball player and Mayo football All-star. McHale is currently the Coach to Clare Senior Football Team. He is a regular guest and analyst on RTE sport and Newstalk Sport. He has represented his club team Ballina Stephenites and Mayo in Gaelic football for over 15 years. Mchale played in six All-Ireland finals in total. One under 21 All-Ireland Final, one Senior Club and four Senior County All-Ireland Finals but the winning medal eluded him in all six . However, he did receive that well deserved All-Star in 1996. G Gary works as a Sports Performance & Fitness Coach. He has worked with many of Gary works with amateur and professional athletes on the design and implementation of their strength and conditioning programmes. He uses functional forms of training such as kettle bell training, Olympic lifting and free weight training in order to develop sports specific strength and conditioning programmes allowing teams to gain the extra strength, speed and power required to reach their goals. Robert works as a Strength & Conditioning Coach. He is very passionate about sport and has been working with underage and senior athletes over the years as a coach, trainer and manager. He also specialises in Player Screening, Movement Skills, Long Term Player Development and Strength & Conditioning for young athletes. If you are a parent and want to encourage your child's success in their given sport while enjoying the process along the way Robert is the coach for your child. His philosophy is to keep coaching simple, scientific, current and fun while maximising the potential of the athlete. The coaching and training programmes that he implements for teams and athletes are sport specific. The sports that he currently specialises in are track & field, team sports and individual sports. Robert brings all his passion and enthusiasm to each and every team and athlete he works with.
